Smile Savings Plan
Our Smiles Savings Plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. Please give us a call if you have questions or want to sign up for our plan!
- Adult: $349 per year
- Child: $249 per year
With the Smile Savings Plan, there are none of the hassles associated with dental insurance:
- No yearly maximums
- No deductibles
- No claim forms
- No pre-authorization requirements
- No pre-existing condition limitations
- No waiting period
You must remain a plan member for the duration of the treatment to retain the savings plan benefits.
Non-transferable & can only be used at Sugar Creek Smiles.
A child is under 18 years of age.
Not to be used with any dental insurance.
Membership is due at first cleaning and expires in 12 months.
No rollover, no refunds.
An appointment is forfeited without a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Sugar Creek Smiles accepts a wide range of dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, and MetLife. We strive to make dental care accessible and affordable, filing all claims on your behalf and working diligently to maximize your benefits.
CareCredit
Sugar Creek Smiles is pleased to accept CareCredit third-party financing. This program allows you to finance dental care through manageable monthly payments, often with low or no interest. CareCredit can cover a wide range of treatments, making it easier for you to get the care you need when you need it. Please contact our office for more information!
