Felt casual, like more of a homey type feeling when I walked in. It didn't feel like a scary place like I remember as a kid. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid. And I'm an adult now and figured I better put that on my list of things to do. And making a appointment on my own has been very nerve racking and anxiety filled. I don't know if it was luck or what but I picked sugar Creek as my dentist. And I don't regret my decision and I will be happy to go back for anything and everything that needs to be done. Hygienists were very nice and charismatic and even the receptionist were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend the staff and this establishment I met today. I was so worked up before the appointment but I left with smile and no nerves at all thanks to them.

I am so glad I found Sugar Creek Smiles. Dr. Stafford and his staff are exceptional in every way. They care for their patients on a very personal level. I really enjoy my time with Jordan. She is always so encouraging and offers so many helpful hints to make dental hygiene easier. If you are looking for a dental office, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I would follow Kara to the ends of the earth. She knows exactly how to care for my teeth and sensitive gums. It’s always a pleasant visit with her. And Dr. Stafford has a wonderful, professional chair side manner. The whole staff is awesome. The equipment is state of the art…I’m so thrilled I found this practice!

First visit today, transferred from another dentist office. The front office staff were very polite and friendly. My hygienist Kara is amazing! Very easy to work with. She listens to my concerns and addresses them. The Doctor was very friendly. He introduced himself before checking my teeth and chatted with me afterwards also. Wonderful service and very clean facility!

I went to have lower denture fixed after it did not fit correctly after 3x to another dentist, they got me in an hr early even though I was prepared to sit and wait. They made me feel like I was the only patient there. They were able to simply mark my mouth and adjust plate, make a treatment plan and verify ins covered it all within the 30min I was there. They were super friendly and even had ice cream and water for the kiddos! Would give 10 star if possible.

Best dentist experience I've had. I was super nervous and worried about it but they took their time and reassured me about everything before they started on my tooth. Instead of just going in and doing it if I wasn't ready or not. My first root canal ever and I'm not sacred about the next one now. Dr Walker messed me up my teeth are fused together in the back now and he agreed to fix what he messed up while he is fixing my other tooth next to it. Would definitely recommend him to others for sure, this is the place for me.

They are both super kind and friendly and go so above and beyond to ease any anxiety you might have. Dr. Stafford is an excellent dentist and has been a great addition to our community!

I recently switched to Sugar Creek Smiles and I’m so glad I did. We all know as patients how valuable our time is and they are prompt with you appointment time. Very minimal wait in the waiting area. Very thorough with dental care and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Mindy did a great job getting me ready for the Dr. and did a great job finishing me up and getting me on my way after Dr. Stanford was finished fixing an old filling of mine. Highly recommended them.

Absolutely love the team as whole but want to do a special shoutout to Jordan and Mindy ! Jordan has done amazing with myself and my kiddos ! She's patient with my kids and is absolutely the greatest when I have questions and concerns! They won’t hound you but instead explain the importance of good dental hygiene but also compassionate for those of us who may struggle with not always keeping up on it whether it be mental health or just life in general. Mindy took care of some of my dental work today and was an absolute doll making sure my nerves were noted and validated and made sure throughout the process I was comfortable and doing okay! Dr. Stafford has been absolutely amazing as well he’s good with my kids and takes amazing care of his patients as well. Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!

Dr. Stafford and his staff are incredible! They truly care about their patients and strive to provide excellent care and services. My son and I have felt extremely comfortable ever time we have visited. It feels like we are family! Khloe and Deedee are my absolute favorites keep it up guys, our community needs more healthcare businesses like this. 10/10 recommend!
