Vanessa began her career in the dental field with a solid foundation gained at an orthodontics office, carrying that knowledge to SCS in 2023. Vanessa enjoys patient interaction, and her role significantly impacts their comfort and understanding as she guides them through treatment plans and scheduling with a touch of humor and heaps of empathy.
Vanessa finds it most rewarding to have the opportunity to make people smile—not just through the administrative tasks but by being a friendly face they can rely on. Her commitment to patient care and ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive atmosphere make her a valued team member.
When not at the office, Vanessa's life includes karaoke sessions with friends, quality time with her family, and exploring her newfound passion for tattooing. She loves that she can blend her creative flair with designing art that will last a lifetime.
Felt casual, like more of a homey type feeling when I walked in. It didn't feel like a scary place like I remember as a kid. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid. And I'm an adult now and figured I better put that on my list of things to do. And making a appointment on my own has been very nerve racking and anxiety filled. I don't know if it was luck or what but I picked sugar Creek as my dentist. And I don't regret my decision and I will be happy to go back for anything and everything that needs to be done. Hygienists were very nice and charismatic and even the receptionist were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend the staff and this establishment I met today. I was so worked up before the appointment but I left with smile and no nerves at all thanks to them.
