Our Smiles Savings Plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. Please give us a call if you have questions or want to sign up for our plan!

• Adult: $349 per year
• Child: $249 per year 

With the Smile Savings Plan, there are none of the hassles associated with dental insurance:

• No yearly maximums
• No deductibles
• No claim forms
• No pre-authorization requirements
• No pre-existing condition limitations
• No waiting period

You must remain a plan member for the duration of the treatment to retain the savings plan benefits.
Non-transferable & can only be used at Sugar Creek Smiles.
A child is under 18 years of age.
Not to be used with any dental insurance.
Membership is due at first cleaning and expires in 12 months.
No rollover, no refunds.
An appointment is forfeited without a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Not valid with any other offers.
