Felt casual, like more of a homey type feeling when I walked in. It didn't feel like a scary place like I remember as a kid. I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid. And I'm an adult now and figured I better put that on my list of things to do. And making a appointment on my own has been very nerve racking and anxiety filled. I don't know if it was luck or what but I picked sugar Creek as my dentist. And I don't regret my decision and I will be happy to go back for anything and everything that needs to be done. Hygienists were very nice and charismatic and even the receptionist were phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend the staff and this establishment I met today. I was so worked up before the appointment but I left with smile and no nerves at all thanks to them.
